Order Process
The order process is
straightforward and simple. However it does differ slightly from a typical
online order through regular shops. Because all orders are processed
individually and some orders could come from several suppliers we need to check
our stock levels before the order can be paid for. Orders are usually processed
within 24-48 hours and we will contact you by phone or email once we have
processed your order. Below is a brief summary of the order process.
1) Customer places order
through our website.
2) We review order and begin to check stock and calculate shipping costs.
3) We complete order processing and update your order online. Payment options
become available and you can pay for your order online or by other methods.
4) Once payment is cleared we package your order and deliver it to you via your
chosen method. One shipped - online tracking information is provided by email.
5) Order Completed.
The order process is
swift and transparent and we can be contacted throughout if you have any
